In a fresh escalation of violence within the ethnically disturbed region of Manipur, the tranquility of Kuki Thowai village in the Ukhrul district was shattered by a barrage of heavy gunfire, culminating in a horrifying discovery. Officials confirmed that the remains of three young individuals, bearing the scars of a brutal ordeal, were unearthed in the aftermath of the heavy encounter.
Even worse, their arms and legs were cut off. This showed how bad and mean the attack was.
The Ukhrul district, a dominion predominantly inhabited by the Tangkhul Nagas, was thrust into the spotlight as the unsettling echoes of gunfire reverberated through the village streets in the early hours of Friday. This marked a stark departure from the previous trajectory of unrest, as the district had until now largely remained safe from the disturbances sweeping across Manipur.

The scary scene that happened after the fight looked really bad. People searched really hard in nearby villages and the big forests to find out what happened. They found scary proof of a bad crime. Three young people, aged between 24 and 35, were hurt a lot. There were marks on their bodies that showed they were hurt with sharp things. Even worse, their arms and legs were cut off. This showed how bad and mean the attack was.
